Login

ArcBot's web panel uses Discord login (OAuth2). You don't need to create a separate account — your Discord account is sufficient.

How to log in​

  1. Go to https://arcbot.pro
  2. Click the "Login with Discord" button on the main page
  3. Discord will ask for authorization — confirm access
  4. You will be automatically redirected to the dashboard
Required OAuth2 Permissions

The application requests two scopes:

  • identify — to know your ID and username
  • guilds — to check which servers you have administrator permissions on

The panel does not have access to your messages, contacts, or other private data.

Who has access to the panel​

After logging in, the server list (sidebar) will show servers where you have ADMINISTRATOR permission and the bot is installed.

Additionally, if you're on the Dashboard Users list (added by a server administrator in Server Settings), you can access the server configuration via a direct link — but the server won't automatically appear on your sidebar list.

Dashboard Users

Users on the Dashboard Users list can configure the bot without ADMINISTRATOR, but they must receive a direct link to the server panel from the administrator (e.g., https://arcbot.pro/dashboard with the appropriate server ID).

Can't see your server?

Make sure that:

  • The bot is installed on the server
  • You have ADMINISTRATOR permission on the server
  • The bot is online (check status on the panel)

If you're on the Dashboard Users list but don't have ADMINISTRATOR — ask the administrator for a direct link.

Session​

  • The session is valid for 24 hours from the last activity
  • After 24h of inactivity, you need to log in again
  • The session token is securely stored in the browser's localStorage
  • You can log out by clicking the Logout button in the sidebar

Logout​

Click the Logout button at the bottom of the sidebar. The session will be removed from the database and you'll need to log in again to return to the panel.

Security

If you suspect someone has gained access to your account:

  1. Log out from the panel
  2. Change your Discord password
  3. Check authorized applications in Discord settings → Authorized Apps
